MotoCare, operated by Dimitrios Katsolis, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases.

How to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

To request a refund, please visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and submit a refund request. You can also contact our support team and we will assist you with the process.

Renewals

If your subscription has automatically renewed and you have not used the Service during the new period, you can request a refund of the renewal charge within 30 days of the renewal date using the process above.

Google Play purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policy. Please request refunds for those purchases via your Google Play account.
