1. About us

MotoCare ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Dimitrios Katsolis ("the Seller"). By using MotoCare (the "Service") you ("the User") agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

MotoCare is a motorcycle maintenance tracking application that lets users log service intervals, modifications, gear, expenses, and find nearby shops.

4. Account & accuracy

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you have the authority and legal age to enter into this agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, scraping, probing, distributing malware, or interfering with security or availability.

6. Intellectual property

The Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. No reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of technical limits is permitted.

7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Upon termination you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify the Seller against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
